Postage and Delivery
We send all of our sample requests and bridal party cards via standard 1st Class Royal Mail. We will let you know by email when they have been sent.
The rest of our stationery order are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier (usually DHL).
All of our items require a signature and the usually delivery is anytime between 9-5pm Monday-Friday. We are happy to send the items to your home or work place. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the items or there will be a delay in your receiving your goods.
Delivery Times
When you place a wedding stationery order with us you will be informed of approximate shipment dates for all parts of your order. We will inform you the day we ship and when you should expect the items.
Guest Books, Photo Albums and Keepsake boxes are usually despatched within 3 weeks of you placing an order. If you need them quicker than this please let us know to see if we can fit you in.
Samples and Bridal Party Cards are usually despatched within two weeks.
Mainland UK Delivery Charges
Orders up to 2kg are charged at £9.00 per delivery
Orders over 2kg are charged at £15.00 per delivery
Guest Books, Photo Albums and Keepsake Boxes are charged at £5.00 per item
Table Plans are charged at £10.00

Payments
We can accept payments for your stationery orders by cheque or we can send you a paypal invoice for the 50% deposit or remaining balance. ALL PAYMENTS MUST HAVE CLEARED BEFORE WE SHIP YOUR ITEMS

we can send you a paypal invoice (you do not need an account to pay this way) which enables you to pay by card. If the paypal payment comes through as an e-cheque we will need to wait for this to clear (which can be up to 10 working days) before we can ship your items
